Our Company is a Domiciliary Care Agency that provides care staff to look after clients in their own homes and supplies temporary workers to Nursing and Residential Care Homes. We also provide Support Workers to assist in Learning Disability Units.

Alandra Care Limited is committed to supporting vulnerable people so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and continue to participate in their own communities. All services are tailored to each client’s individual needs and are available on a flexible basis for 24 hours per day, 365 days per annum.
Alandra Care Limited has a comprehensive policies and procedures system in place to conform to all relevant statutory requirements, guidelines and legislation. We protect our staff, service users and the people that we support. All care staff are given their own copy of a handbook that is regularly updated to ensure that they carry out their duties safely to a consistently high standard of service. E-mail or paper copies of policies and procedures, (not contained within the Service User Guide) are available upon request.
The company recognises the individual needs of Service Users and always aims to provide specific programs of activity to satisfy these requirements. We encourage, through our person centred policy, the involvement of our service users and their families, where appropriate, in the production of their individual care support plans. Thereafter we engage in regular communication with the clients that we support through a regular assessment process during which we consider the wishes, needs, preferences and decisions of the persons being supported.
